How to Serve
Heat the stone to the recommended temperature on the hob or stove, under the grill or broiler, in the oven or even on your barbecue. Add your chosen selection of meat, fish or vegetables to the side plate and your favourite sauces or other condiments to the dip pots. Move the stone carefully from the heat source to the set with the tray and steel disc in place and you’re then ready to serve and enjoy sizzling each bite, exactly as you like.
