HOW TO USE
CLEANING INFO
We recommend the Lava Stone is cleaned by hand by submerging in water for 5 mins to let any remaining heat dissipate and then simply wipe the surface of the stone. Our stone scraper makes light work of this. The Bamboo Board should just we wiped clean with a cloth and not submerged in water or left damp. The Stainless-Steel Tray and Ceramic Plate and Bowls are dishwasher safe.

Do you cook directly on the stone?Yes, place your steak straight on the stone and simply cut and cook individual strips and bites cooked as you like
